GOST 5956-78 — superphosphate
GOST 18918-85 — MAP (monoammonium phosphate)
We manufacture 4 types of phosphorus fertilizers. Direct factory dispatch worldwide.
Classic phosphorus fertilizer with additional sulfur content. Essential for sulfur-deficient soils. Dissolves well in weak acids — phosphorus is readily available from acidic and neutral soils. Suitable for basal application under ploughing and as band fertilizer at sowing.
Concentrated form of superphosphate — contains 2.5-3x more P2O5 at the same weight. Cost-effective for long-haul transport. Application rate is half that of single superphosphate for equal phosphorus nutrition.
Complex fertilizer with high phosphorus and ammonium nitrogen. Acidic reaction improves calcareous and saline soils — ideal for steppe and semi-arid regions. Highly water-soluble, non-caking in storage.
The world's most widely used complex phosphorus-nitrogen fertilizer. Neutral reaction makes it universal for all soil types. High nitrogen content of 18% N allows reducing the dose of additional nitrogen fertilizer at basal application.
Choose a fertilizer by soil type, crop and nutrition objective.

Phosphorus is involved in energy transfer, root and seed formation. Critically important in the early growth period and during grain filling.
Wheat, barley, rye. Basal application under ploughing and as band at sowing. Rate P2O5: 40-80 kg/ha.
Rapeseed, sunflower, soybean. Rapeseed is especially demanding in phosphorus in autumn. MAP and double superphosphate.
Sugar beet, carrot, radish. Phosphorus improves sugar accumulation and storability. DAP for basal application.
High phosphorus demand during tuber formation. DAP combined with potassium fertilizer is recommended.
Phosphorus strengthens root system development. MAP as band fertilizer at sowing significantly increases yield on phosphorus-deficient soils.
Double superphosphate for establishment of perennial plantings. Deep application 80-100 kg P2O5/ha at planting.
Soybean, pea, lucerne. Legumes consume up to 100 kg P2O5/ha. Single superphosphate with sulfur improves nodule formation.
MAP in autumn basal application provides strong root system and winter hardiness. Rate: 80-120 kg P2O5/ha.

MAP (NH4H2PO4) — monoammonium phosphate — contains 12% N and 46% P2O5. Acidic reaction (pH 4.0-4.5) makes it ideal for calcareous, alkaline and chestnut soils of steppe regions. DAP ((NH4)2HPO4) — diammonium phosphate — contains 18% N and 46% P2O5, neutral reaction (pH 7.5-8.0). DAP is preferred for acidic soils and is universal across different zones. Per unit cost of P2O5, both fertilizers are comparable; the choice depends on soil type and required nitrogen nutrition.
Main application of phosphorus fertilizers — in autumn under deep ploughing or in early spring under cultivation to a depth of 10-12 cm. Phosphorus is poorly mobile in soil, so surface application is ineffective — incorporation is necessary. Localised band application at sowing (MAP or DAP at 10-20 kg P2O5/ha) significantly accelerates early root development and improves drought resistance. In-season phosphorus top-dressing is rarely used due to low uptake without incorporation.
Single superphosphate contains 8-10% sulfur (S) — an element that is deficient in a large share of arable land globally, and the problem is growing with the decline of sulfur-containing pesticide use. For rapeseed, mustard, onion and other sulfur-demanding crops, single superphosphate is preferred over double. Additionally, the lower P2O5 concentration reduces the risk of localised root burn when applied as band fertilizer. Double superphosphate is advantageous over long transport distances — less weight for equal phosphorus nutrition.
Minimum order for self-pickup is 1 tonne. Road delivery from 3 tonnes, rail shipment from 60 tonnes. Dispatch lead time after payment is 5 business days; if in stock 2-3 days. We deliver worldwide. For autumn pre-orders (August-September), special pricing is available for reservations of 20 tonnes or more.
Each shipment comes with: certificate of conformity to GOST 5956-78 (superphosphate), GOST 18918-85 (MAP), GOST R 54521-2011 (DAP); EAC declaration of conformity TR EAEU 041/2017; sanitary and epidemiological conclusion; quality passport with analysis results for the specific batch (P2O5 content, moisture, granulometric composition).
Phosphorus fertilizers are an essential group of mineral fertilizers, supplying plants with phosphorus (P) throughout the growing season. Phosphorus is part of ATP, DNA, RNA and phospholipids in cell membranes. Without adequate phosphorus nutrition, normal root development, flowering and seed formation are impossible.
AgroChemProm manufactures a full range of phosphorus fertilizers: single superphosphate (P2O5 14-19%, S 8-10%), double superphosphate (P2O5 43-45%), MAP (P2O5 46%, N 12%), DAP (P2O5 46%, N 18%). All types are manufactured to state standards, certified and subject to quality control at every stage.
Single superphosphate is the most affordable phosphorus fertilizer, with additional sulfur content of 8-10%. Indispensable on sulfur-deficient soils for brassica crops. Manufactured to GOST 5956-78, available in granular form.
Double superphosphate is produced by treating monocalcium phosphate with additional phosphoric acid — P2O5 content reaches 43-45%. This makes it economically attractive for long-distance transport: half the weight means half the transport costs for equal phosphorus nutrition. GOST 16306-80.
MAP and DAP are complex NP fertilizers — they simultaneously supply crops with phosphorus and nitrogen. Both contain 46% P2O5 in water-soluble form, ensuring maximum phosphorus availability to plants. The key difference is nitrogen content (12% vs 18%) and soil solution reaction: MAP acidifies alkaline soils, DAP is neutral.
We supply MAP and DAP worldwide by road from 3 tonnes and by rail from 60 tonnes. Products are packaged in 50 kg bags, big bags of 500-1000 kg, and dispatched in bulk.
To place an order, submit a request on the website or call us. Specify the fertilizer type, required volume in tonnes, desired delivery dates and destination. Our manager will send a commercial offer with the factory price and delivery cost within 30 minutes during business hours.
