The chain "manufacturer → distributor → wholesaler → farm" adds 10–25% in markup at each link. Buying directly from AgroChemProm eliminates every intermediary, so you pay only production cost plus the manufacturer's margin. The difference compared to middleman market prices averages 8–15% for solid fertilizers and 5–10% for liquid fertilizers. Beyond price, buying directly from the manufacturer also guarantees authentic documentation and up-to-date GOST certificates.
The AgroChemProm price list is reviewed quarterly. Between scheduled reviews, prices may be adjusted if there is a sharp change in global raw-material prices (natural gas, apatite, potash ore), currency exchange rates or logistics rates. For customers with a confirmed pre-order, the price is locked in on the date the deposit is made and does not change before shipment — the main advantage of a pre-order over buying "on the spot" during the season.
Yes, all price-list prices include 20% VAT. VAT is shown as a separate line on issued invoices. AgroChemProm is a VAT payer, and all invoices are issued in accordance with applicable rules and are eligible for tax deduction. For farms under a simplified tax regime that are VAT-exempt, a VAT-excluded price may be available — please confirm with your manager.
Yes. When you place a pre-order with a 50% deposit, the price is locked in on the date of the deposit and is not revised before shipment, regardless of market conditions. This protects your farm's budget from seasonal price increases. Pre-orders for the spring season are accepted from November through February; for the autumn season, from June through August. The minimum volume for a price-locked pre-order is 10 tons.
AgroChemProm does not provide direct financing to buyers. However, verified partners can receive a 14–30 day deferred payment, which functions as trade credit. We also recommend the Russian Ministry of Agriculture's subsidized credit program for fertilizer purchases — partner banks in the program lend at 1–5% per annum. Our documentation fully supports applying for this type of credit.
Fertilizer prices from middlemen include markups from several links in the distribution chain — each one adding 5 to 15%. Buying directly from AgroChemProm means an agricultural business pays only the production cost, without intermediate markups. On ammonium nitrate alone, the difference compared to middleman market prices is significant per ton, and it scales quickly with volume — on a 100-ton order, that translates into substantial direct savings on a single fertilizer type.
Additional savings come from our discount system: at volumes from 100 tons per season, a 6% cumulative discount adds further savings on every 100 tons purchased at the base price-list rate.
Mineral fertilizer prices are shaped by several components. For nitrogen fertilizers (ammonium nitrate, urea, UAN), natural gas is the key raw material, accounting for 60–70% of production cost. For phosphorus fertilizers, it's the price of apatite concentrate and sulfuric acid. For potassium fertilizers, it's the cost of mining and processing potash ore.
Seasonality also affects prices: during the spring sowing period (March–May), demand peaks, which can push prices up 5–15% compared to winter levels. That's why locking in a price through a January–February pre-order is typically the most cost-effective strategy for farms.
The Russian government subsidizes part of agricultural producers' fertilizer purchase costs under state agricultural support programs. The subsidy amount depends on the region and program, ranging from 10 to 30% of the purchase price. AgroChemProm provides the full document package required for a subsidy application: a GOST certificate of conformity, an EAEU technical regulation declaration, delivery notes and properly issued invoices.
