Fill out the form — we will respond in 30 minutes
For solid fertilizers (ammonium nitrate, urea, nitroammophoska, superphosphate): self-pickup — from 1 tonne, road delivery — from 3 tonnes, rail wagon — from 60 tonnes. For liquid UAN and LCF: tank truck — from 3 tonnes, rail tank — from 50 tonnes. Organic fertilizers (vermicompost, compost): self-pickup from 1 tonne, road delivery from 3 tonnes.
Road delivery cost is calculated based on distance, carrier rate, and loading/unloading. Rail freight depends on cargo code, distance, wagon type and current tariffs. The delivery cost estimate is free and takes 30 minutes after the inquiry: our manager will compare road and rail options and suggest the best one. For large orders of 100+ tonnes, individual logistics terms are negotiated.
To receive a rail wagon, a rail siding (private track) is required, or an agreement with an elevator, feed mill or commercial enterprise that has a siding and can accept the wagon on your behalf. If you have no siding, we can identify the nearest destination station with a public warehouse where you can collect the goods by self-pickup. We will help find a convenient destination station in your region.
For road delivery: waybill, invoice, transport note, quality passport, GOST compliance certificate. For rail: the same documents plus a rail waybill. For UAN, an ADR emergency card is additionally provided. For international shipments — CMR and phytosanitary certificate. All documents are provided on the dispatch day or sent by email/EDI.
Yes, if you place a pre-order in advance. During the spring sowing season (March–May) and autumn period (August–October), demand for fertilizers and transport rises sharply. We recommend placing pre-orders 2–3 months in advance. On pre-order, the price and dispatch queue position are fixed. Regular clients receive priority when stock is limited.
AgroChemProm organises fertilizer delivery by road worldwide using its own vehicle fleet and a network of verified carriers. Curtainside trucks with a payload of 20–25 tonnes deliver granulated fertilizers in big bags and bags. Tippers for bulk dispatch to warehouses with hopper receiving. Tank trucks for UAN-28, UAN-30 and UAN-32 with pumping directly into the buyer's storage tanks.
Fertilizer supply by rail is the most economical option for large orders from 60 tonnes. We use covered wagons for bagged/big-bag fertilizers, grain hoppers for bulk and tanks for UAN. We handle all rail documents, record loading and notify about wagon movement.
For regular rail shipments of 5+ wagons per month, dedicated wagon fleet allocation and a long-term dispatch schedule can be arranged.
Self-pickup is the fastest and cheapest way to receive fertilizers: no transport costs, no waiting for a free vehicle. The dispatch warehouse is located in Yekaterinburg. Working hours: Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00, Sat 8:00–13:00. Forklift loading is free. A full document package is issued on the dispatch day.
To calculate and arrange delivery, submit an inquiry on the website or call us. Provide: fertilizer type, volume in tonnes, delivery address and desired timeline. Our manager will compare road and rail options, calculate the cost and suggest the optimal solution within 30 minutes.
For large farms with a seasonal volume of over 200 tonnes, we develop an annual supply plan with fixed prices and an agreed dispatch schedule.
