These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the conditions of use of the AgroChemProm website, owned by NVA 16 LLC (the "Company"), located at https://agrohim-prom.online (the "Website").

By using the Website, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Website is an informational resource intended to present AgroChemProm's products and services, and to allow visitors to submit inquiries for the wholesale purchase of fertilizers.

1.2. The Company reserves the right to change the content of the Website at any time, including the range of products, prices, delivery terms and other information.

1.3. All information on the Website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer under applicable Russian law (Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
