AgroChemProm production is certified to the international standard ISO 9001:2015. The certificate covers the entire production process: from incoming raw material inspection to shipment of finished goods to the buyer.
Certificate of conformity for ammonium nitrate (grades A and B) and urea (carbamide) under GOST 2081-2010. Confirms compliance with requirements for nitrogen content, moisture, and particle size distribution.
Certificate of conformity for single and double superphosphate, ammophos, and diammonium phosphate. Confirms compliance with requirements for available P₂O₅ content, moisture, and free-flow properties.
Certificate of conformity for granulated biohumus and compost. Confirms environmental safety, organic matter content above 30%, and absence of pathogenic microflora.
Declarations of conformity with the Eurasian Economic Union technical regulation for all manufactured fertilizer types. Required for the circulation of products across EAEU member states.
A sanitary-epidemiological conclusion covering all manufactured fertilizer types. Confirms product safety for human health and the environment. Required for subsidy applications.
Every fertilizer type is certified to the relevant standard. A quality passport is issued for every batch.

A complete package — no additional requests or delays. Prepared in advance for every shipment.
A delivery note or a universal transfer document — buyer's choice. Both options are legally equivalent.
An itemized invoice for every shipment. Full tax documentation provided where applicable.
Certificate of conformity confirming the product meets GOST requirements. Confirms active ingredient content matches declared values.
Declaration of conformity to the EAEU technical regulation for a specific fertilizer type. Required for circulation within EAEU member states.
Sanitary-epidemiological conclusion. Confirms fertilizer safety for health and the environment.
A document with lab analysis results for a specific batch: active ingredient content in %, moisture, particle size. Signed by the QC department head.
Four control stages guarantee that every batch meets GOST requirements.
Every batch of incoming raw material is analyzed in the laboratory for compliance with process regulation requirements. Non-conforming raw material is rejected from production.
Lab technicians take samples at every production stage — synthesis, granulation, drying. Process parameters are logged and retained for 3 years.
Every finished batch undergoes full chemical analysis: active ingredient content, moisture, particle size distribution. Only after QC approval is a batch cleared for shipment.
Every batch is accompanied by a quality passport with actual analysis results. A retained sample is stored in the lab for 6 months for possible verification in case of dispute.
Many governments subsidize part of the cost of purchasing mineral fertilizers. We provide the full document package needed.
Leave a request — we'll send copies of all valid certificates for the fertilizer type you need by email.

To receive government subsidies you typically need: a supply contract, a delivery note or transfer document, proof of payment, an invoice, a GOST certificate of conformity, an EAEU declaration of conformity, a sanitary-epidemiological conclusion, and a batch quality passport. AgroChemProm provides all of this automatically with every shipment.
Yes. AgroChemProm ammonium nitrate holds a valid certificate of conformity under GOST 2081-2010. Nitrogen content is 34.4%, granular form, grades A and B. Every batch comes with a quality passport containing chemical analysis results confirming GOST compliance.
Yes, declarations of conformity to EAEU technical regulation 004/2011 have been issued for all fertilizer types we manufacture. The declarations are valid through 2026–2027. This is a mandatory document for the circulation of fertilizers within the Eurasian Economic Union.
Copies of all valid certificates, declarations and sanitary conclusions are provided free of charge on request. Fill out the form on this page, specify your email and the fertilizer type you need — we'll send the document package within 24 hours. When a supply contract is signed, certificate copies are attached to it.
A quality passport is a document containing chemical analysis results for a specific fertilizer batch: exact active ingredient content in %, moisture, particle size distribution. The passport is signed by the QC department head and accompanies every shipment. It's needed to confirm the purchased fertilizer meets contract requirements and for verification during subsidy processing.
A fertilizer certificate is a mandatory document confirming that a product complies with established quality standards. For agricultural producers, having a certificate matters for two reasons: a guarantee of product quality and the ability to apply for government subsidies for mineral fertilizer purchases.
AgroChemProm has certified all its manufactured products through accredited certification bodies: ISO 9001:2015 covers the quality management system, industry-specific GOST standards cover individual fertilizer types, and EAEU declarations confirm compliance with EAEU technical regulations.
GOST 2081-2010 is the primary standard for nitrogen fertilizers in Russia. It sets requirements for ammonium nitrate (grades A and B) and urea (carbamide). Key parameters for ammonium nitrate: nitrogen content no less than 34.4%, moisture no more than 0.3%, particle size distribution — 93% of granules sized 1–4 mm.
Compliance with GOST 2081-2010 is confirmed by a certificate of conformity, which is provided together with the quality passport at every shipment. Our certificate is valid until 2026.
The EAEU technical regulation 004/2011 declaration of conformity is a mandatory document for the circulation of fertilizers within the Eurasian Economic Union (Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan). The declaration confirms product safety for health, life, and the environment.
All AgroChemProm declarations are registered in the unified conformity register and are publicly available for verification. Declarations are provided with every batch of fertilizer and are accepted by regional agricultural authorities when processing subsidies.
Government subsidy programs for purchasing mineral fertilizers operate in many regions. The subsidy amount typically ranges from 10 to 30% of the fertilizer cost depending on region and product type. To apply for a subsidy, you need to contact the relevant regional agricultural authority with the full document package.
AgroChemProm prepares the full document set for subsidies in advance — the contract, delivery note, invoice, GOST certificate, EAEU declaration, sanitary conclusion, and quality passport. We advise buyers on the subsidy application process in their specific region.
